Transport dispatcher

Duties
- Planning and coordinating our drivers’ work
- Managing daily transport orders and inbound and outbound deliveries
- Optimising transport jobs and preparing cost calculations
- Entering transport jobs in our internal ERP system
- Staying in constant contact with the drivers
Requirements
- At least a secondary school leaving certificate
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Relevant experience in a similar field
- User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and in a team
Nice to have
- Conversational German and/or English
- Valid C and E category driving licence and driver qualification card (GKI)
